Data Deletion Instructions

When you use EDGENROOTS services connected to Meta platforms (such as WhatsApp Business, Facebook or Instagram), we may store the following information:

• Business name and contact details
• WhatsApp phone number and WhatsApp Business Account identifiers
• Messages, message templates and conversation metadata processed through our platform
• Customer contact lists you have uploaded or synced
• Basic profile information shared through Facebook Login (such as name and email address)
• Usage logs and analytics related to your account

To delete your data, email info@edgenroots.com with your business name and WhatsApp number. We delete it within 30 days.

• Send an email to info@edgenroots.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
• Include your registered business name.
• Include the WhatsApp number (with country code) linked to your account.
• Send the request from the email address registered with us, where possible, so we can verify ownership.

• We acknowledge your request by email, usually within 2 business days.
• We may contact you to verify that you own the account before deleting anything.
• Your data is permanently deleted from our systems and backups within 30 days of verification.
• We send you an email confirmation once deletion is complete.

You can also remove EDGENROOTS's access to your Facebook account at any time:

• Go to your Facebook account Settings & Privacy, then Settings.
• Open "Apps and Websites".
• Find EDGENROOTS and click Remove.

We may keep a limited amount of information after a deletion request where the law requires it, such as invoices and payment records for tax and accounting purposes, or records needed to resolve disputes or prevent fraud. This information is kept only for as long as legally required and is not used for any other purpose.
